Sponsoring an all ages event such as a birthday party or family picnic? Looking for a fun social activity to get the guests moving? May we suggest offering Party Dancing or Line Dancing to your group? What is Party Dancing, you ask? Party Dances are all the group dances that are done at special occasions such as the Electric Slide, the Bunny Hop, the Macarena, the Cha Cha Slide and the Chicken Dance. Some people refer to these as Line Dances, others separate out these classic party dances and call them Party Dances. These dances are extremely versatile and can be custom tailored to meet the needs of your group. For example the Chicken Dance is known to many people as a popular children's dance; for others it is known as a traditional wedding dance. We are also able to offer country western Line Dance lessons for dances such as the Boot Scootin' Boogie, the Achy Breaky and other more recent country western line dances.
Our classes can be suited to dancers of all ages, ranging from children to college students to seniors. We structure the class based on the needs of the group. Line Dancing allows the group to dance together as a group without splitting up into couples. Line Dancing is especially popular with the younger dancers. Private workshops are great for getting your event started on the right foot!
Resilient Spirit offers classes in and around the greater Puget Sound area (Seattle, Bellevue, Everett, Monroe, Issaquah, Kent, Renton, Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville, Bothell, etc.)

Our beginning dance classes require no previous dance experience and no partner is necessary. All of our classes emphasize building a solid foundation from which creativity, improvisation and individual style can grow and flourish.
